Aberdeen is located right off SR 54, in the eastern Pasco County area.  Residents are close to major shopping at the Shops at Wiregrass and all the conveniences located on Bruce B. Downs Blvd.   This area of Pasco County is popular because you can find resale homes that are less than ten years old. Aberdeen is a smaller community, with less than 200 homes.  Most of the homes in Aberdeen were built between 2001-2004, with the majority of them being built in 2002-2003.  Aberdeen is a deed-restricted community with an HOA; however, it is not a CDD community.  There are open areas for children to play in, such as the one pictured in the above photo.
