The Ballantrae community encompasses approximately 436 acres along State Road 54 in Land O’ Lakes - Pasco County.  It is about one mile east of the Suncoast Parkway.   Minutes from nearby restaurants, shopping, and neighborhood schools, it is a relative easy commute to the Tampa airport and downtown Tampa business centers.

The 33-acre lake provides an ideal spot to relax and there are multiple parks around the lake and in the community. Rushe Middle, and Sunlake High are some of the nearby schools located less than three miles from Ballantrae.
