Beverly is a native of Tampa, and has been a Brandon resident for over 20 years.  She knows the Tampa Bay area like the back of her hand. 

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Beverly worked in Interior Design.   Initially she spent over seven years with Ethan Allen, and then free-lanced for a couple of years before joining forces with an established local builder.  She managed their Design Center for homes that ranged between $300,000 to over $750,000.  This position proved to be a wonderful experience.  She helped families choose their home selections, and it was a very rewarding experience to be a part of their joy and excitement.  The only position that Beverly has held that surpassed her level of gratification that she experienced as an Interior Decorator is that of a Realtor®. 

Beverly has earned the CDPE© (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and the AHS Accredited Home-Staging Specialist designations.  She also is one of the few agents in today's market place that has made the financial and educational commitment to understanding the needs of homeowners - including distressed homeowners.

With a background in Interior Design, coupled with her AHS Accredited Home-Staging Specialist designation, she is a Power-House of knowledge when it comes to staging your home.  Her experience assists Sellers in presenting their homes to the public in the very best possible light.  This is an advantageous situation for a Seller to be in.  Staging a home is the crucial step needed to help a Buyer connect with a listing and visualize themselves living in the home.  First impressions count, and the same is true for a home.
