Brookfield Estates is a newer community, located in Pasco County.  From I-75, take Exit 279 and head east on SR-54 to community on left. OR: From I-75, take Exit 266/Fletcher Ave. Take Morris Bridge Rd. ramp toward Zephyrhills, continue and turn left on SR-54 to community on right.
