Chapel Pines is a very nice community in Pasco County. It is an HOA community; however, it does not have a CDD. It was developed in the early 2000's - around 2003. If a homebuyer is wanting the feel of a "country" atmosphere, but wants to be close to conveniences, then this might be an area you would like to call home. Mature pine and oak trees were preserved when this community was developed. Downtown Tampa is only a 30 minute commute and the University of South Florida is even closer.
Most of the homes in Chapel Pines were built between 2001-2004, with the majority of them being built in 2002-2003. Chapel Pines is a deed-restricted community with an HOA; however, it is not a CDD community. There are open areas for children to play in.
Chapel Pines is close to shopping and medical facilities. The Shops at Wiregrass is located in Wesley Chapel and is a main-street style village that features curved, tree-lined streets and pocket parks. The mall features Macy's, Dillard's, JCPenney and 100 specialty retail stores and signature restaurants.
Residents that live in this community would be in the Pasco County School District and we advise all residents (or prospective residents) to contact them for precise and accurate school information.
