Grand Hampton is a new gated, master-planned community with the casual atmosphere of Old Florida with the best that life has to offer in club living.  It is a planned community in nearly 1,000 acres where people  coexist with nature.  It is a place where homes are defined by a constant backdrop of trees and homesites back on to lakes, preserves and nature.

There are currently six neighborhoods being developed, ranging from 35' to 85' wide homesites.  Weston Manor is a Maintenance-Included neighborhood; services provided include individual lot landscape maintenance, irrigation maintenance and exterior house painting.  There is a supplemental assessment, which is collected quarterly.

Included as part of the Brighthouse networking and cable package will be the Resident Interactive which will allow each resident to access the private Grand Hampton Intranet.  There will be a homepage and from there some of the great features include direct links and access to a variety of infromation - from HOA documents to community news and alerts.
