The Ivy Lake Estates Community is located on State Road 54, ½ mile west of the Suncoast Parkway/Veterans Expressway. Travel North (or South) on the Suncoast Parkway to State Road 54. Exit and travel west on State Road 54 approximately ½ mile. Turn South/Left into the Ivy Lake Estates Community. The homes of Ivy Lake Estates were built around two lakes, Ivy Lake and Lake Nikki. There are many other homes located on conservation home sites with pond views. The community was developed by Inland and Westfield Homes (now Standard Pacific) between 2002 and 2005. This is a gated, non-CDD community with low HOA fees. Amenities include playgrounds, a basketball court and a soccer field. Located just outside the gates of Ivy Lake Estates is the entrance to the Sun Coast Bike Trail which has over 50 miles of trails for the cycling enthusiast.
