Meadow Pointe is a large and family-oriented community.  It is located in Pasco County; however, it is just north of the Hillsborough County Line.  Currently property taxes, insurance, impact fees, and auto insurance are a bit lower when compared to those who live in nearby Hillsborough County. Meadow Pointe started building in the 90's and is still offering new homes today.  There are numerous swimming pools, community centers and other activities that residents can enjoy in this very social atmosphere.  Tennis courts, basketball courts and volley ball courts are available to all Meadow Pointe residents.  Depending on where you live within Meadow Pointe will dictate which community center and recreation facilities you can access.

Meadow Pointe is ideally located - whether you want to be close to shopping, drug stores, schools, gas stations and/or banks.  All are located near the entrance to the community.  There are even drug stores located within the community itself.   The Shops at Wiregrass are extremely close by, so all your shopping needs are in the immediate vicinity.   

Meadow Pointe is a CDD community, funded through an assessment which appears on each property owner's tax bill.  It is important to understand that there are four CDD's, which are governed separately.  Depending on where you live, you will fall under one of the following CDD's:

• Meadow Pointe I
• Meadow Pointe II
• Meadow Pointe III
• Meadow Pointe IV

Meadow Pointe has schools located right within the community, which is a nice convenience for families.  Sand Pine Elementary, Wiregrass High and Long Middle are just a few of the great schools within the Pasco School District. You should contact them for precise and accurate school information.
