Suncoast Lakes is a 330-acre master-planned community, hosting approximately 525 single-family homes.  Most of the home sites are located on a lake or conservation area that backs up to mature oak and pine trees.  Much of the wooded areas extend to large protected preserves like the Pithlachascotee Forest and Serenova Wildlife Preserve.
