Tampa Palms was started in 1991 and is comprised of a number of unique "villages," each with their own unique design and price range. You can find homes ranging from the low $100k range to millions of dollars. There is truly something in every price range in Tampa Palms.

The Tampa Palms Country Club has a beautiful Art Hills golf course, 2 pools, a pro shop, a fitness and aerobic center, restaurant, and 24 suites for your guests.  There are several community parks in Tampa Palms with tennis courts, racquetball, volleyball, and basketball courts.

While private schools are an option, there are great public schools nearby.  Residents would be in the Hillsborough County School District and we advise all residents (or prospective residents) to contact them for precise and accurate school information.
