West Meadows is a large, established community in New Tampa. From I-75, take Bruce B. Downs exit and head East. Go to New Tampa Blvd. and turn left.

The Community of West Meadows is made up of several subdivisions, referred to as "villages". Some of the villages are gated, while others are not. All residents enjoy a 32 acre community recreation area - including a clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, gym, playground, baseball, basketball and soccer fields and nature trails. West Meadows is a deed-restricted community with CDD fees.

While private schools are an option, there are great public schools nearby - such as Clark Elementary, Bartels Middle and Freedom High School. Residents would be in the Hillsborough County School District and we advise all residents (or prospective residents) to contact them for precise and accurate school information.
