Westpark Preserve was completed in 2009, and the builder was Pulte Homes. The community consists of approximately 196 homes, which include two and three bedroom townhomes.  There were four floorplans built; some with garages - either a one or two car attached garage. Westpark Preserve is a deed-restricted community; however, it is not a CDD community. In addition to the many amenities of surrounding areas, Westpark Preserve has a resort style pool and a covered cabana. If you like to play golf, there is a golf course and country club in the nearby Westchase community.  Westpark has a high regard for the protection of wildlife and there are large natural conservation areas and water retention ponds throughout the community.

Great schools are nearby, such as Bellamy Elementary, Smith Middle and Alonso High School.  You would be in the Hillsborough County School District and should contact them for precise and accurate school information.
